Securing a place implies acceptance of these general conditions, which have been prepared in accordance with current regulations and are the only ones applicable.
The assistance that Lamassu Travel provides to the traveler corresponds to consultancy work and design of the expedition. In no case does it correspond to the work that a travel agency does. The services necessary to carry out the trip are paid for by the person indirectly. lamassu Travel will always inform the client of the total cost of the trip without excluding or hiding any additional costs. Thus, the traveler will know at all times the final cost of the trip.
1– Operation
1.1. Contact by the user
The user contacts me through any of the channels provided on the website www.lamassutravel.com. The user communicates his data and those of the pre-designed expedition or other services in which he wants to participate.
1.2. help planning
When considered appropriate, it will give the user advice on the planning of the expedition that the user is organizing based on the information previously provided. These tips usually go beyond the assistance that I provide from this web page and are made according to my own experience and for information purposes, so it is the user's responsibility to check the information given.
1.3.- Payment of the place
Subsequently, the payment for the specified expedition place will be made. After paying for the space, the user will receive an email with a link to the proof of payment for the space (150 USD non-refundable), which must be downloaded and kept on their own device.
2- Scope of assistance provided by lamassu Travel
I assist, solely and exclusively, as an intermediary between the user and the service provider.
By way of example, but not limitation, I am not responsible for the following circumstances:
Of the cancellations made out of term by the Users. I will not be responsible under any circumstances for returning the amounts paid by its users when they have not complied with the cancellation period provided in the applicable cancellation policy.
Delays or errors made by users to reach the meeting point of the activity. That is, I will not assume any responsibility if the user loses the activity due to lack of punctuality and/or not being at the corresponding meeting point.
Of the damages and thefts that affect the users and their assets of their own during the enjoyment of the activities in which they participate.
Of the injuries, damages, and accidents that the user could suffer during the enjoyment of the activity in which he participates, as well as those injuries, damages, and accidents suffered by the user prior to the service and that have prevented him from enjoying it.
From the loss of flights, trains, buses, or any other means of transport.
Of the meteorological conditions in which the provider carries out the activities reserved by the users. Under no circumstances will I be responsible for these circumstances.
3- Price
I will always inform the client of the total cost of the trip without excluding or hiding any additional costs. Thus, the traveler will know at all times the final cost of the trip, in the same way, he will know everything that is included and what is not.
4- Cancellation of the reservation
4.1.- Cancellation by the user
The user may cancel the reserved expedition but the reimbursement of the amount of the same will be made based on the deadlines, terms, and general conditions of contracting.
5- Communications
The contact between the user and lamassu Travel will preferably take place by email. For this purpose, I indicate the following address as valid: info@lamassutravel.com. Or through WhatsApp found on the website. I will be able to address the user requesting an opinion about the experience so that it can be published on the website www.lamassutravel.com. From the moment the user contacts me by providing me with his contact information, he authorizes the sending of information that he considers may be of interest for his expedition, such as planning advice or discounts that may be useful to him. The user may demand that no further information be sent to him at any time.
6- Intellectual property
The photographs, videos, and files in any format will become the exclusive property.
